Bryan Halverson loves helping businesses to grow through the critical areas of financial management, strategy execution and people/process/system/operations optimization.  He has worked in the financial industry for over 2 decades and has extensive experience as a Financial Coach, Executive Coach, Sales Manager, Systems Analyst, and Operations Manager.

His passion for achieving excellence across an organization is evidenced in his financial management, process improvement, creative problem solving, strategy, and operational excellence mindset.  He loves to help business owners gain confidence and increase success in controlling the financial aspects of their business so they can drive revenue, reduce expenses, maximize their profit, and end the stress they feel with the most critical elements of their business.

He has helped his clients return to profitability, eliminate debt, learn to think like a CFO, improve pricing models, increase employee performance and accountability, create sales models and incentive programs, eliminate work backlogs, and create processes to avoid them in the future. Through Bryan's coaching, his clients start to love their business again, and develop a CEO, CFO and COO mindset to achieve greater levels of profitability and stability.

Bryan has a Masters Degree in Business Management and a background in Psychology and Personal Development.  He loves the outdoors and exploring the National Parks.  When not boating, motorcycling, hiking, kayaking, camping or traveling, Bryan loves spending time with his family and singing in the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square.

Wes’ core purpose is to Invest in People to Lift our Human Family for Good.  For over two decades he has made decisions to align his plans and resources to fulfill this purpose.

As a past CEO in the healthcare industry, he was constantly committed to creating an environment of success for his team.  While serving in that role in Utah he was able to lead his teams' engagement scores to improve by 59%!  He also took on the CEO role for an organization in Montana and helped it turn from imminent short term closure to sustainable long term viability.

Process improvement has also been a highlight throughout Wes’ tenure in operational leadership.  In two organizations he has worked to implement Lean Six Sigma principles which enabled significant improvements in revenue enhancements and expense mitigations.  He also developed curricula for his Leadership Development Institute which has successfully improved communication and interaction across organizations, teams, and individuals.

Wes has managed significant investments in strategic capital and $50MM for commercial plant renovations/expansions.  His background as a general contractor for residential developments has also given him depth of experience in the real estate industry.

Overall, the phrase that defines him and his approach is the Discipline To WIN for individuals personally and teams collectively so we all can, in our respective endeavors, achieve fulfillment.

Wes is also a Ramsey Preferred Coach and Financial Coach Master Training graduate. He helps his clients to master their finances and create the discipline to win in this critical area of business management along with his extensive experience in business.

Heidi Lundgren has a passion to help people, teams and businesses succeed. She has over 30 years of experience as a business leader in medium to large size companies and has coached small businesses from alpaca farms to organic skin care companies.

Heidi helps her clients create efficiencies through data driven decisions. Her expertise lies in digging deep and helping clients identify what attributes make their company unique.  This is the foundation that drives company culture and financial success.  Heidi truly believes that if businesses take care of their employees, the employees will take care of the clients.  She has successfully increased net income for the companies she has served through deep data analysis and redesigning programs to focus on what is most important to employees and customers.  At one publicly traded company in particular, the cost savings from her initiatives were so successful they were highlighted in the annual earning call.

Heidi has an MBA and a BA in Psychology.  When she is not busy coaching her clients to success, she is spending time with her family and friends, travelling, watching old movies, boating and needlework.
