Bryan Halverson loves helping businesses to grow through the critical areas of financial management, strategy execution and people/process/system/operations optimization. He has worked in the financial industry for over 2 decades and has extensive experience as a Financial Coach, Executive Coach, Sales Manager, Systems Analyst, and Operations Manager.
His passion for achieving excellence across an organization is evidenced in his financial management, process improvement, creative problem solving, strategy, and operational excellence mindset. He loves to help business owners gain confidence and increase success in controlling the financial aspects of their business so they can drive revenue, reduce expenses, maximize their profit, and end the stress they feel with the most critical elements of their business.
He has helped his clients return to profitability, eliminate debt, learn to think like a CFO, improve pricing models, increase employee performance and accountability, create sales models and incentive programs, eliminate work backlogs, and create processes to avoid them in the future. Bryan has a Masters Degree in Business Management and a background in Psychology and Personal Development. He loves the outdoors and exploring the National Parks. When not boating, motorcycling, hiking, kayaking, camping or traveling, Bryan loves spending time with his family and singing in the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square.
